There are times when I need to send out invoices to some of my clients and
sending a secure document has its advantages. However, I won't send such items
to my blind colleagues.

Hi
I thought there used to be an option to save as PDF in MS Word 2003 but
I don't see it in 2007. Perhaps one could down load it as an add on from
Micro Soft?
God bless,
Mark

will be for a couple days.
Hopefully there will be no
Some time ago, someone on this list posted a message about a free program to
convert Word documents to PDF files. I know that the Adobe software does this
but the software is a bit expensive and I am not sure how accessible it is to
use with a screenreader so if the free program exists, please
Hi Francis,
I use cute pdf for this purpose which uses your printer drivers to convert a
Word or Excel file into PDF. Just open up the document press Control P and

Francis,
I have long wondered why anyone would want to convert an easily accessible
document into a *.pdf file. Would you mind explaining why you wish to do
that?
