I hope someone can help. On many websites I encounter the
problem that when I press enter on a link to start a
download I hear a click on the pc speaker but the download
does not start. When I press the application key and choose
to open in a new window the new window opens and from

Another possibility might be that the information bar is popping up as a
secondary security feature. If this is the case you may access it by hitting
the key combination of alt + N

Does Alt+n and Shift+Enter give you the same result when dealing with the
Pop-Up Blocker?
