Hi Wayne,

I assume you're using Outlook as your e-mail client.
If so, you can't open many attachments at the same time, but you can save all
or many of them simultaneously. To do this, press ALT+F to go to the Office
button or the File menu, depending on if you are in the main window or the
message one. In the menu, go to Save Attachments option.
In the dialog which opens, you can select the files you want to save and
specify the folder where you want to save them.
Once the files are saved, you can open the folder either from Windows Explorer
or Word's Open dialog and select the files to open simultaneously.

Hope it helps!

Hello all-

I was sent an email with about 10 MS Word attachments that I need to open and
save into my documents folder. Is there a way to open and save multiple
document attachments at one time and to save them? I am using Windows 7 64bit
and MS Word 2007 with JAWS 15.

On the file tab, there is a sae all attachments, I would use that and save them
to a folder on your machine.
ALT+F Should do the job for you.
