I'm not sure that Win7 explains it. I did find that Chrome worked much better with the website than did either IE or Firefox. Also, some link descriptions are counterintuitive. Peter, It works fine for me, at least the parts I use for credit card and merrill Lynch. I don't have a bank account with them. As with most of the newer sites, it has multiple tabs, so you have to open each tab and refresh the screen to see the content.
