In MS Office 2003 to do an attachment other then the copy and paste option to the body of an email try: Once in the body of an email 1. Alt + I 2. Arrow up to file or down to file 3. Press enter 4. Skip file name and tab to until look in combo box ... 5. Press space bar 6. Select drive\folder 7. Tab to list view 8. Arrow down and until you highlight file you want to attach 9. Hi, you know when I do this at work where we have Outlook 2010 that happens. When I do that at home with Outlook 2003 it just gets pasted into the body of the email message.
