The problems with auto-jcml stuff was that it tried to merge two sets of
configuation data, one set that user maintained and another that was
application maintained. Maintain both sets of data was tricky and error
prone.
So my thoughts are, we need to be able to support:

Something we might want to look at before the release is the *.bat files in
the /bin directory. As far as I can tell, only the run.bat and shutdown.bat
work. Are the other bat files supposed to work??? Do thier *.sh coutner

The reason njar was introduced in the first place was so that we could apply
a security policy to the classes that are in a nested jar. Scott seems to
have had some success doing that with njar and the sun jdk.

JBoss's jar's off the network. If footprint is all you care about, you wont
be able to beat the 7k boot.jar (unoptimized with debug).

I think i might have solved two problems that jboss had.
1. The minimum number of jars you need to boot jboss off the network
includes all the jars in the \lib dir ~ 480K.
2. Integrating (or embeding) jboss into the process space of an existing app
is hard since jboss does so much
