Can I get commit access to jenkinsci so that I can set up and release a

I plan to release a couple plugins based on this ~early next year
I am seeing strange page rendering for the job config page when I install
the EnvInject plugin.
I'm running 1.521 and installing EnvInject via the update center on
Chrome/Ubuntu.
Is this a known issue?
