Hmmm... I see that you are building under windows My main experience has been building under Linux w/ Apache Jserv 1.1 so we'll see how much Insight I can have... Generally I build a new classpath when I build Jetspeed. I usually have only these two jar's: CLASSPATH=$JDK_HOME/lib
