That method works here in outlook 2013 windows 10. You can also bring up the

I can do first-letter
navigation from box to box
either with Control Y or by
Shift Tabbing and going to
Favorites. That is good.
Control U does nothing in
2013, but I do like Outlook.

Well, I can tell you that I have Kaspersky, which was installed by a techie
friend of mine. Apparently, it is 1 of the top rated such programmes, but,
I have absolutely no JAWS interface with it!
I added Malwarebytes(anti-malware), which is more accessible than some other

that message in my message list view, highlight it, and do control U. That
will mark it unread for me.
As I said earlier, I'm using Outlook 2010 with Jaws 16 on a Windows 7 PC.
