Hi List!
Since I currently check all translatable texts I found that sometimes
quotes are single and sometimes double. E.g. isn't is sometimes simply
isn't and sometimes isn''t.
Which is the correct way?
Forthermore I find sometimes american english (e.g. 'initialize').
Wasn't the overall

Hi,
It's always a single quite in English, but perhaps they're double
quotes in the JOSM source to work around something?:

Hi List!
I'm missing the ability to import geotagged pictures with latest JOSM. I
know that it was included to core and the plugin is no longer used. But
I can't find it. Am I blind or is this a bug?

Hi!
I just discovered that on some dialogs the abort button is right of the
doit-Button (save,overwrite,...). AFAIK for GUIs it is standard to put
the abort button left. Is there a reason why this is done this way?
I discovered this for the Save to OSM file dialog and for the

Hi!
I would assume that people tend to download data directly from API instead of
using a mirror service such as XAPI,ROMA,TRAPI,... because these services have
not (entirely) switched to 0.6 and partly hand out old data. This causes a high

I'm concluding (possibly erroneously) that either JOSM isn't checking
the upload (return) status from the OSM server or the server doesn't
provide such. I have heard some talk about a new version of the OSM

Hi List,

Hi List,
there is again an error in the sources which only occurs in Java 5 but is fine
in Java 6. Since the compile server runs on Java 5 it does not build a new
JAR for downloading.
Here is the error message:
$ ant dist
Buildfile: build.xml

I'm a bit unsure how to fix this. Simply remove the @Override statements?
I would say yes, since the annotation is to tell the compile to through errors
when there a method is misspelled. Java 5 allows this only for super classes
