I removed from Attribute panel toolbar Savedatasets, Undu, Redo and Layer
Statistics plugins (that I added before Christmas)
The time limit to January 7th is almost close ( to add OJ to OSGeo-Live 5.5)
and Ede and Michael solved many important bugs.

Hi all,
this is my experience with OJ and JRE.
Some months ago I tested the same bug with OpenJDK 1.6 which is embedded in
Ubuntu 11.04.
This bug was always present with all tools that were involving parts of the
features "outside" the view, plus "Draw constrained circle" tool.
I did some tests

do we have some tools that depends on geotools on OJ core? AFAIR there is a
code that was added for the advanced measure tool. And Ede's Change coordinate
system tool, Anyhow right now I don't see any difference on using OpenJUMP
tools (whether or not depending on geotools classes).

AdbToolbox, one of the Jump family, has a working WFS (even if not with all WFS
servers). I ported the plugin to my OJ testing distro OpenJUMP JUFRE 0.4, even
if it is not working.
The idea is to test a version that could work with OpenJUMP.

nice to hear from you on the list. I found other interesting tools to be
adapted from Skyjump to OJ. And did it on my "fankestein" ("freank-stein"!)
versions of OpenJUMP.
Some were adopted (like Copy/Paste Style tools). Other are waiting to .. better
times.

very nice installer. I gave a try right now.
The installer works fine with Ubuntu. The software is correctly installed.
There are three problems:
- oj_linux.sh is not set to "executable". So users cannot launch OpenJUMP until
they manually set the launcher script to executable
- OpenJUMP
