I see there were some recent commits to Kickoff applet after I pulled the
master branch. To clarify, my versions are:
- plasma-desktop: 829521b850e386f32c428f91ebb152009f5f436a
- plasma-workspace
to its terminal, saw the polishing loop errors, and killed the process
with Ctrl+C.
