Hmm, so the problem seems to be that the desktop grid effect eats ctrl release
event. So, after you leave desktop grid, plasmashell thinks that Ctrl is still

Yes, the webmail client (SOGo) shows unread statuses correctly.
I already tried akonadictl fsck/vacuum but it didn't help, although the wrong

is activated, kwin will send wl_keyboard.leave. so, once plasma receives that

Yeah David, that's right. The issue here is that other browsers such as Firefox
or Chrome somehow manage not to be affected by this and can still enforce a
global in-browser Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn shortcut.

In latest commits the Animations were split in order for the user to have the
