Today I rebooted after an update. The Breeze dark global theme always uses
Breeze light colors, no matter which color theme I selected. This makes Breeze

Hovering the mouse over some widgets can sometimes fix it. Thats why I think
its the widgets flickering, not the whole window. Menubar and application bar
at the top are not affected.

This is still happening in Plasma 6. I should also add that I frequently use
the lookandfeeltool via Yin & Yang to apply themes, which might or might not be
part of the problem.
