Latest time I tried Plasma on Wayland it was quite a mess on my multi-monitor
configuration. I will probably wait until Plasma 5.11 and QT 5.10 before

Ah I see the problem. The borders only appear when the Dock widget has the
property QDockWidget::DockWidgetMovable. We want a state where it has borders
but isn't movable.
