I have removed the akonadi database (~/.local/share/akonadi) and things move

workaround was to delete
~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk/repository/main/data/virtuosobackend/soprano-virtuoso.trx
file from nepomuk folder. but that happened again and again.

I can't update at the moment to KDE 4.3
however I tried with or without automatic spell checking and the results are
the same.
