[Hyper-V] Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS Generation 2 SCSI
This problem sounds like it might be related to problems in the setup
but not the kernels themselves. Is /boot a separate filesystem (which
possibly is out of space)? Looking into /boot, are all initrd* and
vmlinux* files report a roughly similar size (du -h)? Unfortunately a
bit messy to read but
The system has too many devices, so too many drivers are using too much
memory. So, the system goes out-of-memory before makedumpfile is
complete. Please, reserve more memory on crashkernel, reboot the system
and repeat the crash test.

else being affected - that will be really helpful.
In that sense it is much more like bug 1346917 which was about KSM.
Since the fix for that old bug they at least stopped being migrated around, but
