Hello i finally found a fix for the wireless problem,check your dmesg for Bad
TLP or Bad DPP errors,
if you suffer from those add the parameter pcie_aspm=off in grub update-grub
and reboot.The errors should be gone and your atheros wireless should work fine
after every reboot.

Dual Boot with Windows 10.
I changed the kernel with the visual interface of ukuu, easy and simple.
You just select the version, install, and then reboot. In
Confirmed kernel 4.19.17 solved my problem.

If I force the SMB1 protocol (vers=1.0), then the mount works:
root@ubuntu:~# mount //localhost/pub /mnt -o guest,vers=1.0
root@ubuntu:~# mount -t cifs
//localhost/pub on /mnt type cifs
Sorry, I'm unable to verify this for xenial. I submitted it as an SRU
back to 4.4 because it had already landed in the stable queue for 4.4,
and is a trivial change[*]. I think we'd need a system that either uses
mvsas or aix94xx to actually exercise this libsas code on 4.4.

Specifying the kernel with d-i base-installer/kernel/image string linux-
image-4.4.0-142-generic, after the disk layout and prior to the root
user configuration, allowed the install process to continue for us.

The following mount command fails when the running kernel is 5.0.0-7:
