firmware #9 + kernel 5.10.0-1037-oem on the machine XPS 13 TGL in the
certification pool. But it happens to Steve's XPS 13 TGL.

TGL + AX201 wifi[8086:a0f0]
Seems there's a bug in Launchpad preventing me from creating the missing
focal and hirsute tasks. Let's see if deleting them all and recreating
them helps...

Installed the ubuntu 18.04 to that Dell machine with usb c-media audio
card, enable the -proposed channel and install the alsa-lib
1.1.3-5ubuntu0.6, reboot, open the gnome-sound-setting, there is no
SPDIF in the output device anymore.
Verified on the bionic, it worked very well.
