and systemd-networkd is failing to create them

In the meantime a newer kernel version 6.2.0-33-generic is available, so i've
installed it via "apt update / apt upgrade". Unfortunately it shows the same
behaviour as the 6.2.0.32 version. So it's not possible to boot this notebook

It examines the blkio device tree and sums data as far as i know.
Removed devices do not get deleted from the blkio statistics tree and
are just marked as offline somehow.

done by the person who raised the issue to confirm the problem is solved. No
need to reinstall the entire OS for this fix, just upgrade to the desired
kernel version. The change is currently in -proposed. Next week the
This bug has been fixed in Jammy, but not yet marked Fix Released
apparently due to an issue with the Launchpad bot (reported to the
Launchpad team); leaving as Fix Committed so to trigger when the bot
runs again for it.
