Kicad wont display the drill file, but to repeat my very recent post,
gerbv (http://gerbv.sourceforge.net/) will do so nicely.

I do not understand. You said Kicad wont display the drill file and also
gerbv will do what you describe in your post, and what I do with GC-Prevue
is viewing together a Gerber file and the drill file
