OK, I think I found the problem. We have a number of patrons who were
created (or somehow set) the privacy setting on their accounts. This
was not readily visible and not taken into account when we were trying
to perform the anonymizing.

We have alredy translated koha into basque, but we are facing a silly
issue... we do not know how to add the name of the language in the opac
language menu we have spanish, eu-EU, and french... we do not know where to
configure that eu-EU is basque.

Once you figure that out than go into Firefox, page setup, change margins to 0
if possible and also change all headers and footers to ~blank~.
