I spent 31 years in a public safety career. Any item that was in a private
airplane was considered personal property. We were instructed to return any
personal items to the owner. Guns were also considered private property and
returned to the owner. On the other hand I live in Tennessee and
I'm no attorney, but I'm pretty sure that a trustee can also be an officer
of a corporation or LLC.

Also took some good footage of his fuselage, it is going to be a sleek
looking plane. I will upload that one a little later. You can see a
Bob's KR was powered with a Corvair.
