I made an appointment to see it tomorrow morning. I'll take photos and

nose gear folded, busted the prop and hasn't been airborne since.

A little bird told me the default selected aircraft is a KR2 performance
model. There are many other airplane models in the software a user can
pick. The FIRST one they'll see is our little favorite.
Just doing my part to "spread the word."

flow at my carb. It takes about 3 seconds from
when I push the mixture to full rich before the fuel to start to flow.
Rather than run the starter for this duration with a "dry carb" I just
wait 3 seconds.

I didn't research the matter but I think there is something about
"non-permanently installed equipment"; that's how the first EFBs entered the
market. My Icom A5 failed (ok, I fried it) and I'm now using an A6 with
success.

Don Reid wrote back in 2007 that the WAF bolts function better as a single
bolt in double shear top & bottom (2 total) than 2 on each fitting, forward
and aft, top & bottom (4 total). I know that KRs fly in both configurations.
My KR used 4 per side when I got it and (partially based upon Don's
the ground on
Highway 18, "East Salmon River Hwy." The airport entrance is on SE Cirrus
Ave, a bit East of the museum entrance.

The "factory spec sheet" http://fly-kr.com/kr2.htm says;
Take off distance 350 ft.
Landing distance900 ft.
Stall Speed 52 mph
Anyone ever see these numbers?
