Mine was the same and arrived safely. Because I don't trust my (ageing) brain to remember where all my bobbins come from, I used my permanent fine ink pen and wrote OIDFA '07 on the side of it. I often write the source of a bobbin on the thread spindle part of a bobbin where it won't show when
