I agree with you that Torchon is brilliant to demystify lace making. I am
working in Finca 40 lemon thread on a 1/10 inch diagonal grid, using a
wonderful pricking provide by Jo Edkins at

As some of you may remember I have been making napkins for my sisters, 3 sets
almost complete and one more to go. She has an idea of musical notes within
the lace. I have seen bookmark patterns with musical notes on, but dont
remember seeing a strip of lace with this kind of theme. Do any of
I have just heard about this. It is called The Face of Lace and is taking
place in Bruges from November 11th 2008 to March 1st 2009.
