I did a search and ended up at the Netherlands Post Office site, which (Google translated into English) describes how the Post Office will print special issue stamps just for you at a price, if you supply all the artwork - like anniversary ones with the people's picture on it. The Australian Post

As a child where I lived there was a Silk Weaving Factory at the end of our road, in the winter all you could hear was the vibrations of all the machines, but I loved the summer when they had the doors open for ventilation and we would sit on the step and watch the girls (one of whom was my aunt)
