Hi Jenny, Clay and others who might have seen the pictures of my new lace
stand. I was able to get the pictures up on the website and then have just
not had the time to sit at the computer to write and explain about it.
Currently my mom is here visiting from Dallas and between showing her the
Hi Weronika and others who might be interested...
I've finally had a chance to get the bobbin pictures put on-line. I tried
last week before I left for Hawai`i but our service provider was having
issues. The close-up pictures are not the clearest but you can get an idea
of what they look like.

Hi
Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble printing out the form for
ordering Tina? I go to the site, see it on my screen, it opens my Adobe

a blank page even though I see the page on my computer screen. I have an
Susie,
Thank you to you and the others who helped me out with my pdf printing
problems. Following your directions, it printed out just fine so the form
has been filled out and is waiting for the postman to pick it up. What a
good start to a Friday the 13th!
Another bit of good news. Some of you

Hi Betty Ann,
I also have one of these reproductions from NPS at Jamestown, VA, except
that mine has a handle. They are hand blown there at the park and based on
originals that were found in the area. The person I spoke to there admitted
that these probably we not used as the light source, ie;
Wow, this list is great! I had quite a few responses and ideas passed on to
me regarding the pillow stand. And Kenn has been a wealth of
information-especially considering that he makes and sells these. I was able
to take photos and drawings along with some of my pillows, to the person who

Ann asked me to forward this on to the list and I'm glad to do so. It's a
great idea.

I have some questions regarding pillow stands. Not the individual kind but
the shelf style ones that will hold multiple pillows so that they are stacked
one above the other but not on top of each other. Hopefully that's clear.
Does anyone know if there are there pictures of these anywhere on the
I want to write to the list and clear up all the information/misinformation

Now an explanation of how all of this began. Last week after reading Hannah's
Happy New Year to all! I've spent my first day of 2004 making lace so I'm off
to a good start. I'm working my way through the Nobecourt/Potin book on
Bayeux Lace, Yesterday's Lace for Today, and I've come across a question. How
do most of you handle lots of small, separate gimp rings? I've
Happy Thanksgiving to all-it's already noon on Thursday here on Guam. No

Thanks for the quick and full of information, response. I will look into
purchasing the Nobecourt book. I do hate to spend quite so much on postage on
a book I can only use for a couple of weeks. I found earlier, the same
