Teneriffe in Japan just after WWII makes me think that it wasn't

The thought came to me that it might be pina cloth from the
Phillipines which will NOT take getting wet. Having a Spanish colonial
background, it could have been made there. Pina cloth is sheer and

using dental floss. Worked much easier than the wire. Load the floss
with the beads... wrap it around the spot that you want the beads to go

Find a nice lace edging that you can do. Make the edging to fit

I figured out the problem this morning.
Betty Ann has the correct address on her note. Devon, you mistyped the
address when you put it on and then Mary just forwarded your mistyped
address in her note. I had no trouble using Betty Ann's address. Came
