I've just learned how to enlarge digital images and keep them sharp using
Photoshop Elements. Eve tried it with Paint Show Pro and it worked for her
as well.
Open the photo you want to resize.
On the image menu, select, image then resize.

Another simple way to enlarge is to use the view/zoom option in your picture
viewing program. If there is a portion you want to save, use print-screen to
paste in another viewing window and save from there.
