For warp, I think of Star Trek.  Warp speed is obviously going forward, not sideways.  Robin P. I think for some lay persons, they think of the word warp as being something that is warped, so often think that that could be the thread that gets shaped/wrapped/warped around things, so confusion.

Some caution would be wise here. The Conservation section at the Powerhouse Museum said a few years ago that the manufacturers now include other chemicals so the oven bags are probably no longer of archival status. The older ones are often stiffer and more crinkly. The newer ones are more
