I'm thinking about joining IOLI, so I had a look at the membership web page.
It says that I can add $5 to the membership fee, phone my bank for the
exchange rate and then write a sterling cheque for the exchange amount.
Sounds simple.

Netherlands. So far, I can find only general maps with the major cities noted.
