Does the attached patch for LedgerSMB/AA.pm fix the subcent-paid
transactions showing up in the transaction summary screen?
If so, I propose we apply this and back out of the original "details is
default" patch.

Hi Chris,
Just sent a proposal for resolution of the outstanding issue where not
everybody receives the "summary->details" default change with equal
appreciation :-) Let's work out a resolution to that and release .38 after
that.

Ok, so let's do an rc2 with these changes undone and with Istvan's
committed changes for VAT numbers on the invoice.

One note regarding the customer's VAT number on the invoice: the user should
upgrade his template to include the tax_id as he/she wishes.
