I see your point, but why is he he playing the players that have us in this
position from last and previous seasons. I could give him some patience if he
was playing the youngsters or the new players, but honestly Norris, tonge.

Hi folks (comes out of lurk mode),
I was actually at the game last night, courtesy of my employer, who sponsored
the game; the free drinks and the three course meal were all fine but that ends
the good points for the evening!
Perhaps it's because I attend so infrequently these days, but I
I was at that game, remember the woman beater's celebrations.

I think that game finished 1-1. We definitely didn't lose it.
This time we would have played Man U at Old Trafford in the next round if both
teams hadn't messed up. That would have been good.

Why do you think as jingoistic as we are we use the M16?

Good article. I don't think it is fair on Smith to play him up front when we
are adhering to this useless diamond formation. We are too narrow and the only
balls he receives are with his back to play from long deep which always
favour the centre halves.
He should definitely have given new

I don't think it matters whether you've not been since the Champs league semi
or have had to sit through the dross of the last few seasons last night goes
down as a very poor performance.
No doubt there'll be a few optimist who thought we battled well with 10 men and
nearly nicked it. Rubbish,
Not sure whether you're taking the mick or not? But I do genuinely feel sorry
for the bloke. Cellino is a twat.

Me too, given a job he can't do and publicly humiliated and then not given a

At least we know who owns the club, so when this whole experiment goes wrong we

For me, what got Hock sacked was the kind of dopey comment he made afterwards -
along the lines of 'the lads are in the dressing room and can't understand how
they didn't win'. From my perspective, that f***ing idiot Murphy cost us the

No sympathy for the Hock. Don't blame him for taking the job, if someone
offered me the job of coaching Leeds I'd take it, but he was clearly out of his
depth and made poor tactical decisions. Of course the senior players backed
him, that's who he kept trotting out, the same players who were
My guess is that he DIDN'T get a tidy payoff.
I think that was the whiole point of Cellino choosing him...he was
the only bloke prepared to accept what was basically a zero hours contract.

Totally agree. I would have felt sorry for him if he'd shown ounce of humility
about the whole thing. He came came across as arrogant. Shame he couldn't back
it up.
I think we'll have to go for an Italian manager.
