We may go down yet, it's true, but we were heading down with Bielsa anyway. The
key indicators for me were the Newcastle and Everton games - two of our
relegation rivals against whom you'd think "we could get the points we need."
Not only did we lose both games, we didn't even score. The past

him as much as you can love someone you have never met. It was great to have
somebody who was quirky, a little bit mad, and completely dedicated. He gave
Leeds United their respect back and got the
I assume Bielsa agreed to take the joke because he thought we had the right
players. As KP put it, he saw in them things they didn’t see themselves…

Interesting point this I'd not thought about before - if Bielsa's system
only works with the right players, how lucky were Leeds to have a crop of
Championship players where almost all of them were the right type of
players?

It's well documented that his style of play only works with the right
players, and one might see this as a sign our injured players might not be
coming back in time to make a difference.
Knowing that we'll get the same result with the same players you'd be
stupid to keep trying the same
Let's get real.
Radz and Orta are not fools and they know more than us.
What we do know is we are plummeting, the players asked to speak MB and got
nowhere.
There is no reason to guess that Kalvin and Paddy would change anything. The
system was broken.
I d not see what options we had. Sentiment
Sorry Michael, but that's bollocks! And how do you know that the players
tried to speak to Bielsa

Totally agree with that Matt.
I always thought with Bielsa, if we got the investment over the years we'd
have a great chance of challenging at least the top 6, if not the top 4.
Now, I'm worried that we'll just become another Everton, Spurs. Palace, etc
and just hang on to Prem football playing
I pretty much agree with that. Am sad for 3 main reasons;
1. I think we are now more likely to go down. A new manager with no
experience of English football, taking over a group of players who
clearly love Bielsa is very risky. He practically has no different
options who to play - most

I have really enjoyed being special, being different, just a shame covid took
a lot of that enjoyment form the match going fans, but
Given where Jesse is coming from I'd say a name change is imminent.

I think Bielsa had to go. Wilko got sacked on the back of a hiding from Scum at
home but he never had a string of results like we've just had. In fact, I don't
think any Leeds manager in history has had a string of results like we've just
witnessed. Yes times have changed and the gap between
We have a long term plan... considering there are noises that two of the Holy
Trinity are leaving in the Summer not sure how much I believe that.
Nothing against marsch it is just totally flat for me.

Were the fans great until Bielsa came in? Previously it was a bit of a
shit-show wasn't it? Loads of discontent.

It may become a nightmare-- but we have a big big part to play to prevent that.
We can solidify the memory and achievements of a genius.
Get behind the team and the club.
