So despite the fact that:
- Our goalkeepers do not dominate the box or inspire confidence (but do have

Let’s just take a moment to recognise that we kept a clean sheet without any
recognised centre backs...and also, that our response to losing all those goals
at corners was to tell Meslier to come for everything however ridiculous it
seems.
That was a sweaty palm almost 90 minutes of football.
I’m not a fan of VAR. I always thought it a sledgehammer to crack a nut.

I think it’s a bit more nuanced, if we can get a head of steam up, then the
movement is there, and the ball pings about and we look dangerous. If the game
is broken up and that gets stymied, then we look pedestrian. This is what
Wolves & Everton did and Villa copied that blueprint - all
Plus…when did we last have a positive goal difference?

Yes, am puzzled by McKennie too… does lots of good stuff, well, right up until
the last ball in an attacking position when it inevitably all goes to shit.
Also, Rasmussen last night proved that Ayling should be the right back for the
rest of the season.
Rutter was unlucky - 1 soft disallowal,
101 - 200 of 235 matches
