I would presume you closed/opened Legacy. Try the maintanance tools,
reboot computer. Thennn, have you been playing with the print driver ?

Legacy has the GeoCodeDatabase. Ask support or sales for them to send
them out on a cd.
It does not need to be online to use it. It has thousands of locations.
You can put partial names and hit search, and it will find the
locations, and fill in the data it found if you wish.
