I tested the old date calculator from Legacy 6.0 and 7.4. The calculator
did NOT add est to the selected dates when they were pasted into the
individual's date field nor did I see est in the calculator itself.

That's weird. When I do dates it will show as
Cal 04 Mar 1800 Then when you hit select it will put all that in the date
box including the Cal I have never seen it put Est

know whether they are willing to have their name only included on my
website. Most have no problem with this although a very few (150 or so out

Remember that at Ancstry.com you can upload a non privatized GEDCOM and make
the Ancestry tree private. Only those that have been invited by YOU can view

You can import into Legacy your exported GED 5.5 for preview etc. Just give it
a different filename so it isn't a conflict with your database filename.
Select from the file menu: FileImport FromGEDCOM File. It will ask you
to Open filename.
