The image, as such, is not the Source, it is H. M. Government who conducted and
own the census. In the English SW template this is already entered. The image

If you want to create a book, investigate the publishing centre. Using
that you can create a book where each chapter is a different Legacy
report. You can use that to create chapters which include your
collateral lines. In the publishing centre the page numbering carries
over from report to report
