I use filters for a lot of lists I belong to and it does prevent the inbox from getting overloaded. If you're using an outdated version of Outlook like I am (2007), you go to Tools then Rules and Alerts on the menu bar. From there you can create a rule to specify what folder to send the

Richard, I can get the Scrapbook Media List to work with all options except when Source citation detail is checked.  That gives an error 6.  I have Legacy support looking into it but so far they have not been able to figure out what is causing the problem.  Do you get any errors when using the
