I was in the same boat... I finely resign to the fast that the only way around this was to delete the Ancestry tree, then upload a new tree from Legacy. With over 17,000 in my Legacy data base, all my work is done in Legacy. Then upload, via a Gedcom, once a year to Ancestry with a new tree. I
