I don't think it is possible to upload a Gedcom to FamilySearch.

FamilySearch is based on a single tree for everyone, so changes and additions
are made3 person by person, and even item by item. In that sense it is more
like Wikipedia, which anyone can edit.

Legacy has a fairly good interface to FamiySearch, which makes it possible to
do this. One of the useful features is that you can copy source references
quite easily and make notes for other users, and copy other users' notes and
discussions to Legacy for future research.

While I have a family Tree on MyHeritage (which they copied without my
permission), I'm not allowed to update it, because they want me to pay to do
so, so it sits there with all its errors. If people want to contact me about
SmartMatches I ask them to do it by e-mail.

That's one of the reasons that I don't have a tree on Ancestry.
My wife and I once did a bit of research using Mundia, the free version, now
discontinued. In one case we found 11 erroneous versions of a couple who were
married to someone else, and only two correct versions. It's too easy to copy
the wrong thing.
