or blocked it in your firewall? The Legacy Home tab uses a form of
Internet Explorer
I don't recall ever seeing this error myself. However I'm aware that a
minority of people do and it can be a persistent
Regarding the message: "Error 13: Type Mismatch" when trying to display
Legacy Home page.
Support recently replied to my query about this as I keep getting it. Their

This seems to be an intermittent backup error. I've seen it at least
once. You can usually re-open Legacy and backup from File - Backup File.
The next backup on exit is likely to be error free.

Events" box is checked by default. Since I use but few of the many

I have been getting that error for quite a while. I did everything that
support suggested, including reinstalling the program, etc. etc. The
only thing I have found that helps is to restart your program or even
restart your computer.

Has anyone else had this message when doing a
backup. I had had two Legacy databases open and
then when I closed the first got it, and the next
time I opened the other one and did a backup got

Maybe we can't relax because we think the companies are too relaxed!
Legacy having to deal with Microsoft's coding is nothing new. MS is their
only platform, after all.

For me, I'd rather have Unicde before maps any day. And I'm grateful for the FS fixes in build 209.
