John, mapping isn't working at the moment. If you are seeing any maps they are coming from the Internet Explorer cache. I would wait until mapping was fixed and then check to see whether those auto mapped are accurate. I click the checkbox in the verified column when they are or I'd manually

The Quick Bookmarks are saved in the main Family File file. .fdb If a File - File Maintenance - Check/Repair doesn't bring them back then I think you are opening a different file to the one you think you are. Check the Legacy Recent File list under the L on the top left if it is bigger than the
