Your settings are held in ...\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\ folder
You can copy this over to a new computer into the same place and
overwrite the files that were created by installing Legacy.
You will need to check Options - Customise settings for all the ones
that include a path a

Genealogical Standards or best practice.
In Legacy (and other genealogy software), you have a main name field and
you have AKAs.
Normally you add the birth name as the main name and any other names
used by the perso

need to copy to have my new legacy install have the same attributes as my
old one.
There is a file or possibly two that will hold the custom layout and
customized selections that I run with.
