Hi Cathy,
Thank you. Going via Customise 9.2 solved the problem with saving. I hope
you can help with a related problem: I do not want gradient colors anywhere
in the Family View. The only way I found of doing this was to select the
"vintage" color scheme which does not have gradient colors for
John,
You save a colour scheme from the Options button on that Set Colour
Scheme box.
If you mean the Set Interface Colours box, I can move the other boxes so
it can be seen but if you can't, access it from Options > Customise 9.2

Ian,
It's greyed out when you have a relationship entered for that person.
You'll find you have an unknown/blank partner. You can enter one simply
by opening the Marriage Information screen and saving out rather than
cancelling out.
So unlink the partner and that check box will become active
On Individual's Information screen "Individual had no known marriage and no
known children" is greyed out and unable to tick box.
This is for a deceased 74-year-old spinster who never married.
Appears to be random for only a few new Individuals before adding spouse and
marriage
I am trying to change the color scheme in Family View. The problem is that
when I make the changes, I cannot save them because the Set Colour Scheme
pop-up box is over the save button. I try dragging the pop-up box away but
it does not move.
John
