The most common cause of that "error" is that one of the files being added to the backup is in use so the backup is not able to include that file, windows will not allow the backup process to access the file so it had to be skipped, hence the wording of the message. I am not aware of any way to

Suggestions for this problem. I have tried all the Legacy Home page /Error messages hints including reinstalling Legacy. Nothing worked. Is there any way to isolate where the problem is occurring? How serious an error is it? Appreciate any suggestions and thanks in advance. First time user but
