This isn't the case with Legacy.
Custom Windows system fonts sizes have *always* been the problem, in
the 10 years I've worked for Legacy. I have never seen adjusting
resolution affect the formatting of the window in Legacy.

Make sure that the Windows system fonts are set to one of the
defaults, depending on which version of Windows you have. Legacy does
not format correctly if you have Custom size Windows system font.
