When it jumps in size is the edge of the window against one of the sides or top
of your monitor? With my Windows 7 if I bump any window against the top of the
monitor Windows seems to think I want to make the window full screen. Very
annoying but I haven't don

I don't know whether the following is a Windows or a Legacy problem.
I'll have the Legacy opened and the window as small as I can make it,
because I want to be able to view it and do something else at the same
time. Then I may change its position on the screen and as I do so it may
suddenly jump
