Margaret, This is an issue that some people encounter and not others so it's very difficult to know what the solution is. Some people find it helps to turn off the PP alerts and the Hints in the Name List and to only show 3 tag columns on it. It would be great to know the cause. It often

My only other suggestion is to check Settings on your computer and see if there’s a Windows Update that is downloading or installing. The last two updates rendered my old laptop almost unusable until they completed. It could be a background anti-virus scan if your computer was off for a long

I have asked this question before, but I really need some help fixing this. I use the "Name List" when I am searching for someone. I prefer the Name List to the "Index" option because it gives me so much more detail than the Index option. It has begun to come up in slow motion and takes forever
